The cottage adjoins the owners farmhouse on a sheep and stock rearing farm. The ground floor consists of a cozy and very comfortable sitting room where a sunroom joins, where you can enjoy glorious views. French doors opening out to the garden and patio and the sound of a small stream below. TV (Sky Digital), DVD player, full oil central hearing throughout. Kitchen/Diner into electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Bathroom with shower over bath.

First floor - 2 bedrooms. One double and one twin bedded room with hair dryers. Bed linen included.

Electricity and full oil central hearing also included. There is also ample parking space and play area for children. Pet accepted - 1 dog maximum.
